Quality Assurance

Our Quality Assurance Program allows us to strengthen the on-going partnerships with our clients. We believe that quality should be inherent in all of our operational processes. Our quality assurance program is applied to all staff, procedures, and materials/equipment used in our cleaning services. The program is designed to not only raise the initial standard of cleaning, but to consistently maintain these standards throughout the contract. We have implemented approved procedures and processes that are constantly monitored to meet client satisfaction. We pride ourselves on responding quickly and effectively to our clients’ feedback and needs.

We always have our clients’ best interest in mind and work with them to provide a service suited to their needs. We are constantly looking for ways to evolve our operational processes and technology while continuing to deliver the high level of service our clients have come to expect. New and innovative equipment can help to optimize operational performance and often results in cost savings for our customers. The people working in each facility play an important role in this program as well. We motivate our staff with internal processes and training, and through the use of rewards/recognition programs. We want to ensure we train and retain the best people so we can enhance overall performance and customer satisfaction.

INSPECTION PROCESS & CLEANTELLIGENT SOFTWARE
Inspections play a critical role in our quality assurance program, which is why we have invested in web-based inspection software called CleanTelligent (https://www.cleantelligent.com/solutions/janitorial-inspection-software/). This technology allows for real-time data capture, which is shared with our clients and all levels of the organization including frontline staff. By taking a transparent approach to our inspection process we are able to continuously improve on our overall service delivery. Each site is regularly inspected by:

  • Cleaning staff who perform the work
  • Area Supervisors during off hours
  • District Supervisors during day shift via client visits
  • Senior and Executive Management via unscheduled inspections and client visits
